So I know it’s been a while since the last post, but we have
been keeping busy working on our dream of Fulltiming in our Holiday Rambler
Imperial. To let you know what’s going on, we have been sorting through 20+
years of accumulated items.
We made several trips
to the local Salvation Army store and donated lots of clothes, shoes, VHS tapes,
etc. if you remember what those are, lol.
I sold my table saw
that my father gave to me before he passed away. It was bitter sweet parting
with it, but it was to a friend who I know will be putting it to good use, and
for a reasonable price, the extra money will help us to get closer to our
dream.
We have so many things to sell, donate and just plain throw
away that it is overwhelming at times, but we are driven to get this done. We
were hoping to be on the road before winter but with all to be done it looks as
if we may be spending another winter here in the north east (New Jersey) UGH!.
The snowy winters here are also a motivating factor. I’m certain I will be
regretting not having getting more done come the first snowfall when I have to
break out the snow shovel.
